Account Information
If you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password.
Usage Data
We store your generated bullets (up to 50 per account) to provide history functionality. This includes the input text, selected branch, document type, and generated results.
Technical Data
We collect basic technical information such as IP addresses for rate limiting and security purposes. This data is not linked to your account and is automatically purged.
How We Use Your Information

Third-Party Services
Supabase
We use Supabase for authentication and database services. Your data is stored securely in their infrastructure. See their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
Groq
We use Groq's AI API to generate performance bullets. Your input text is sent to their servers for processing but is not stored by them after generation.
Data Retention & Deletion
Generation History: We retain your last 50 generations. Older entries are automatically deleted when new ones are created.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This permanently removes all your data, including generation history.
Guest Users: If you use FreePB without an account, your data is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Military Use Disclaimer
FreePB is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Defense, any military branch, or any government agency. Generated content should be reviewed and verified before use in official military documents.
